Me - by Dylan Ladds from Dylan Ladds on Vimeo.

A Typical* Training Day:
*Schedule changes often due to needs of crew and/or weather dynamics. We stay flexible!

6:30 am: Crew meets to stretch, then row and dip in the ocean before breakfast.
7:45 am: Breakfast (often includes food like eggs, beans, bagels, fruit, oatmeal)
9–9:30 am: Morning chores––crew rotates through hauling water, washing dishes, preparing lunch, etc––and attending to personal needs.
9:30 am: Event training (rope work, navigation, sailing and rowing events)
1:00 pm: Lunch (often includes a veggie or meat wrap/burrito and salad) and clean up
2:00 pm: Event training (we bring an afternoon snack. Includes food like fruit, gorp, pretzels)
6:00 pm: Dinner (often includes veggie/meat soups, stews, pasta)
7:00 pm: Evening meeting (for focused crew reflections and discussions and to keep the crew informed about plans for the next day)
9:00 pm: Bed (camping in tents)
